The new survival strategy RPG has an emphasis on food

Nippon Ichi announced a new strategy RPG at Sega and Atlus' Tokyo Game Show 2021 channel. The game is titled Shikabane-gurai no Bouken Meshi in Japanese, which could be translated to The Corpse Eater's Adventure Food. It will be available for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in Japan on January 27, 2022.

As a side note... I'm very curious who did the music for the trailer. It sounds very much like something you'd expect out of Falcom.

This game seems significantly different than Disgaea tbf. Small party size, survival elements, etc.

I'm surprised that despite some strong character designs shown in the trailer, it's actually entirely made of create-your-characters.

It seems like another jab at 3D from the Disgaea team, although different still. It looks interesting.

I like the 3D graphics of Disgaea 6.

I only hope this game defaults to Balanced mode.

Yeah Disgaea 6 runs like complete ass on Switch so hopefully they’ve done some work on that
