So awesome the GleyLancer is coming to switch. Need more of these Japan only shooters (and others) to keep coming to switch. Don’t think I grabbed this on Wii before the shop closed down so happy it is being rereleased.

Where are you at in terms of Deck shipment? Didn't seem like there were a ton of orders from Germany when I was still able to access the info on the website. Mine is still stuck at Q1 '22. :-(

In my experience I have had countless times where I Best Buy waited until the day before launch to ship the game and every single time I got my game on launch day.

Only time Best Buy failed me on a pre-order was Final Fantasy VII, which was in the early days of COVID so the situation was understandable.

Have faith. Hopefully Best Buy will come through for you!

I believe there are 2 teams at MS. The team the worked on Spacelords and the team that worked on Metroid Dread. I can see the Spacelords team working on the game for 505 and the Metroid Dread team continuing to work with Nintendo.

I ordered it 1 day after it was possible as on that day my home was still effected by the big flood in Germany. No Internet connection or phone connection (tho thank god the house stayed ok). So i would guess im rather behind and im also in Q1 2022

I was where you are half an hour ago. If you're lucky it'll ship and change to the 8th.

I'm feeling disproportionately grateful that this worked out. I'm heading home for fall break Friday evening and was going to have to hold the package for pickup.

Awesome, thanks! Now I'll just pray it's not shipped by Fedex after the experience I had with them shipping my iPhone last week.

I'm actually going to deduct half an end-of-day deli haul from my original score @chocolate_supra because of the lettuce. The lettuce in this kind of sandwich ought to be strictly for texture: iceberg is best. I don't want to taste grody ass romaine leaves in a sandwich, health consciousness be damned

Fair enough. I generally fall on the romaine side of lettuce debates, as I don't like the texture of shredded iceberg, but I understand not everyone agrees. I accept your adjustment and remain grateful for your participation. Now excuse me while I fill my face with this madness.

Nick ASB doesn't appeal to me beyond the IPs. Might get it cheap one day.

That said, it sounds like people that prefer Melee over modern Smash are loving it, but the publisher dropped the ball by not providing bigger budgets for development and marketing.

I wouldn't rule out the possibility of it developing a strong grassroots scene though.

I'm super happy Metroid Dread turned out to be a real good game
I'm super happy it's already on it's way so I'll have it by friday
I'm very nervous about my OLED Switch as my retailer still hasnt given a proper status update
I'm super annoyed about the Cloud versions of Kingdom Hearts

I just cant over the fact about KH.. Honestly a bit dissapointed. I would have given KH another try without a question if they had release a native version.. oh well..
