Hmm, so they're using the Partner branding again. Didn't expect that, and kinda wondering what's cooking behind the scenes of EPD...

Going forward into July, I'm expecting more Twitter drops for first-party stuff, and some game-focused Directs like Splatoon 3. Don't expect the next mainline Direct till September (if at all)

It has returned, for some godforsaken reason

Really curious why they decided to bring back their worst presentation format (and I say that as someone who legitimately enjoyed some of these)

Fire Emblem is definitely early 2023 now.

As for games I hope to see tomorrow:

Persona 3, 4 and 5
Tactics Ogre
FFXI Remake
Final trailer for MH Sunbreak
Silksong
Mario+Rabbids

Oh hey, Nate was right. Will the people harassing him and implying he was making stuff up apologize? Unlikely right?

getting third party stuff and Xenoblade out of the way before the big dream blowout of BotW2, SMO2, new Fire Emblem, MP4, new 1-2 Switch, new Mario Kart tracks, new NSO emulators, new F-Zero

this is actually hilarious lol

I guess It's good that we were warned in advance but still it's so bizarre that Nintendo is choosing this approach

There's a very exciting possible reason for them to be doing this that I have a feeling people will ignore until the last minute.

Time to tune into Grubb's show in 2 hours to hopefully figure out what Nintendo is doing

At least it's a 25-minute show, there should be at least 1 or 2 cool announcements

After all the fuzz, I am kinda laughting about it.
Nonetheless, guess who will have an hour long meeting at the same time that the direct happens? :')

Well no Zelda news for awhile now. Not sure why Nintendo has to be like this and not just have a normal direct. I do think this will be better overall than the 2020 partner showcases, and Mario Rabbids should have a good showing. I think Bayonetta 3 will also be shown here. Hope E3 is back next year.
