From the article:

Developer Ember Lab has announced an upcoming free update for Kena: Bridge of Spirits. The Anniversary Update for the adventure title will release on September 27, 2022, a year after the game’s original release on PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. In addition, the release of the update will see the PC version become available on Steam following its timed exclusivity on the Epic Games Store.

The Anniversary Update will add a New Game+ mode that lets players carry over their abilities, upgrades, Rots, etc. but give them redesiged and more challenging encounters with some bosses having additional phases. It will also include new Charmstones, pieces of equipment that adjust Kena’s stats and abilities, including Cursed Charmstones that provide further challenges, as well as new Spirit Guide Trials that offer replayable challenges.

Kena: Bridge of Spirits is set in a fantasy world with players controlling Kena, a young Spirit Guide looking into the demise of her village. She is joined by a team of spirit companions called the Rot, who are able to manipulate the environment. Apparently, this game is somewhat inspired by Majora's Mask and was made by a team that made a CGI movie based on it.

The previous dev videos they did to make this game looked interesting as well.

I’m really sure this game will be available at a nintendo console somewhere next year.

This game was pretty fun last year, evocative of those Gen 6 platformers in design but a bit more polished.

Cool it's coming to Steam now as well. I recommend it 👍🏾
