When the Nintendo Switch video game console released in March 2017, we soon started receiving reports of how bad its games taste, such as The Verge: Yes, Nintendo Switch cartridges taste terrible
or BBC News: Nintendo Switch cartridges 'taste so bad'.

After reading about this, I was immediately curious and tasted my copy of Breath of the Wild, the only game I bought at launch. How about you? Have you tasted a Switch game? Which game was it, and how was the taste?

Blu-ray's just taste like every other disc.

No! The only time my mouth got close to anything gaming related is when I blew into SNES cartridges.

This is exactly it. My spouse and I got games and accessories at a midnight launch, but the consoles didn't come in until that afternoon. There was nothing to do but taste The Wild.
