Hello everyone. I’m Raccoon, President of the Direct threads. Have you heard of Hatsune Miku? Today I would like to announce an old collaborative project featuring Hatsune Miku: YMO feat. Hatsune Miku. Hatsune Miku exists in a software called Vocaloid. Vocaloid enables you to produce songs. A character named Hatsune Miku sings the songs you create. A great feature is you can create songs as you like. I knew our talented Paw Laboratory crew could work together and create surprisingly great vocaloid covers of YMO. Ongaku, Rydeen, Technopolis, Tong Poo, everyone! Amazing vocaloid songs have been created with the fantastic imagination of the crew from over in Japan. The challenge was successfully carried out, and this new collaborative album was produced. Based on Miku’s image, the YMO album cover changes its appearance. A lot of music and one illustration produced by Paw Laboratory crew are here. From the cover to the music, it is very cute: just like Miku. Once your cover album's delivered, have some fun with Miku! It comes with a album, and you can look at a single pose, a picture of Miku: Very Cool. And last, but not least, the music! Start the album and point the ears towards the album, and the album will turn into a music. A performance of Ongaku produced by Paw Laboratory crew! Here we go! Miku sings Let’s enjoy the rest of the performance, with the album!

As I stated in my press statement above, these are some really good upbeat covers of a bunch of YMO music. They even returned to the concept with a mini album parody of X00 Multiplies. I wasn't really into Vocaloid before stumbling upon this, but I find the personalization of software very nerdy and endearing. Also, funny leekspin. This thread is awesome.

I had never heard of YMO, so this is going to get me researching if nothing else!
