Light roast Ethiopian, black, or straight up ca phe da sua. There is no in between.

I used to work in a café and I knew the coffee roaster and supplier personally (like, gifts at Christmas, new year's cards, first name basis).

To this day my favourite coffee is the one that I have when I need it. I buy the cheapest instant coffee on the shelf.

I enjoy coffee. But I'm not picky. When I want to treat myself I'll get whole bean instant, or if I have time, I'll use some espresso grounds in a French press and get perfectly satisfactory results.

Prep work is not the part of coffee I enjoy.

My favourite tea is Irish black gold blend from Bewley's. Teabags, not leaf.
