This honestly looks really fun and cute, and I've been craving for a good kart racer that isn't Mario Kart. Speaking of that, my only real gripe with how the game looks is that the visual style and tracks straight up feel lifted from an unreleased beta version of Mario Kart 8. Seriously, look at that announcement trailer, and tell me if every single track shown doesn't have its visual and shape-equivalent in MK8!
