News Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories and the Envisioned Land (Update: Launches March 21, new trailer)

I really liked the added both melee and ranged combat options here, as well as the real time dodge. This will make the battle more interesting. Now hopefully the AI of the party members is good
The enemies themselves are where my concerns are. Specifically how they behave than the party members' AI, not gonna lie.

The problem with the Ryza games is how the enemies and bosses are following just one rule and it hinders the "threat" factor a ton. The enemies in those 3 games temporarily becomes threatening to the player only whenever it starts charging up its strong enemy skill and only if the player isn't able to Break them beforehand (which is very unlikely to happen because the games are very generous with the time gap between the enemy's normal state, initial charging state, and unleash charged strong enemy skill state).

Note: These videos are move set snippets for the party members. Party members will be with you in battle and you can switch with the full cast while in combat.

They have to start letting the enemies be more aggressive for higher difficulty settings, especially if they're going for a battle system that's seemingly taking inspiration from action combat games (maybe Tales of Arise is one of their inspirations? They did have a collaboration with Atelier Sophie 2 at one point...).

The battles look very fun, either way.

I know we have seen details about Switch version digital-only but re-reading twice the PR I've received by Plaion about this game, I can't see anything about this part

Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land sarà disponibile il 21 marzo 2025 per Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One e Window PC tramite Steam®. Il gioco includerà il doppiaggio giapponese con testi in inglese, francese, tedesco e spagnolo.

My guess is if they felt the need to add a dodge action, enemies are going to be more aggressive BUT honestly I don't expect a big change in their difficulty
