AA Battery powered so could tell easy enough if they connect to the Wii. Has a blue light on it for the power. If you want punch out Wii you could use the balance board to play the game. I think it works for other things too.
Much appreciated. I’ll put a battery, sounds like it just connects like a controller? I hope/assume the same applies to the Wii U cause that’s more accessible for me.

Didn’t know other games used it, I’ll look at those!

Well my Switch fan hasn't died just yet, but it's not doing well... I have to play for limited time in handheld mode in a room temperature or below environment. I refuse to let this Switch break before I play TOTK

Yeah. It connects like a controller on Wii U as far as I know. But not very many games support it there. Lots of Wii games though.

Before the threads change over, thanks @Josh5890 for hosting two(!) awesome STs this month. Was a surprisingly busy month for Nintendo between the Mario Movie, Advance Wars, and Future Redeemed. Excited for Zelda next month :)
Thank you kindly.

It has been a fun month hosting this thread for everyone. As a long time member, this was the first time that I actually made one of these threads. April 2-30 has been a wild ride. Sure we had our ups and downs but we are now less than two weeks away from Zelda! I want to thank everyone for participating in the weekly questions, and just overall shitposting here. This is a great community and I am proud to be just a small piece of it!

Also, anyone remember what happened on April 1st? I keeping having weird dreams, but they feel so real. Almost like I'm a blue guy living in a blue world....

NO PLEASE, DON'T MAKE ME GO BACK THERE. I CAN'T BE THE HEDGEHOG AGAIN!!!

Uh. Anyway.

Thank you for a great thread @Josh5890! April felt like it zoomed by this year. But I'm always excited for May - time off from work, the warmer weather and all that. Tears of the Kingdom will make for the perfect accompaniment.

As we go on, we remember
All the times we had together
And as our lives change, come whatever
We will still be friends forever

Due to serious health issues I’m not going to be able to post on this forum anymore (or on any forum, to be frank). I know I’ve only been an occasional poster here but I’ve been lurking every day since the beginning so I feel like I came to know many of you and I’ve always found pleasure reading your posts. I hope you get to experience many cool Nintendo games. Goodbye and thank you all.
I'm so sorry to hear this. I'm wishing you the best with your health and I hope you can return someday if you're still up for it!
