Just a few notes:
First of all, look how lovely this looks. I like how the artstyle seems a bit more colorful and that they seem to have a bit more flowers here and there than in BOTW.

I think this is the full (ground) map. It looks a bit bigger to the ends in north and east no?

I think this is the most interesting one of them all:

I just saw an image that looks like the interior of some underground temple. Like it literally resembles Skyward Sword's Earth Temple.

Hm, I'm torn. Do I give in to curiosity?
This is not the same as game data being leaked from someone who got an early copy or something. It's just a bunch of out of context item, character, and architecture artwork. All comments are in Japanese too so you can really glean any info.

I don't see anything that look like dungeons or anything that look like shrines, really. It seems like the sky islands will be the shrine replacement if anything, but at least the layout of them looks more varied and organic.
looks like theres a dungeon from skyward sword returning

lot of spoils in this..(characters, armor, enemies, weapons, locations, world, etc.) don't look if you want to save yourself for the game. Definitely feels like the scans reveal most, if not the full artbook.

This game just looks fucking stunning. There's so many interesting places to explore. I feel like I'm dreaming.

Apparently, this guy is named Rauru. The alternate name of Kaepora Gaebora when not in owl form, one of the sages from OoT (The Sage of Light), and the old headmaster man from Skyward Sword. This appears to be an entirely different character, while still retaining the same namesake, and it's extremely interesting to see what he looks like in this game.

Edit: just looked up on the Zelda Wiki, and here's more additional info: "[In Ocarina of Time], when Link defeats Ganon, Rauru leads the other Sages when they use their powers to seal Ganondorf within the Sacred Realm. In The Wind Waker, Rauru, like the other Sages who helped seal Ganondorf within the Sacred Realm, is memorialized within one of the stained glass windows in Hyrule Castle's basement, where the Master Sword is now enshrined."

Is it me, or are there multiple factions of Sky people? Seems like there is a group with very elfin ears and another group that seem like steam punk elitists.

Also, is that one blue character a Zora or something else entirely?

This could go either way. She could just be there waiting.

Good news, everyone.

I'm now hyped for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom again.

If you are here I think I know the answer ...
but it's only for the brave! Go in with a stretched leg or stay out without regretting it later 😁

Personally I don’t think there is anything yet leaked that could be considered a massive spoiler, but that could change.

Unsurprisingly I gave in and flicked through it. Some interesting stuff yeah, didn't feel especially spoiled from it but also didn't really study it too hard. I'm pretty happy with that.

Huh. Interesting.

Just saw the entire PDF, kinda what I expected to see, but... not that important story-wise?

Definitely, NO time travel in this game.

Definitely just seems like an expansion
Some Fami people get angry when hearing that, but Skyrim had an entire new region with new characters, mechanics, quests, enemies, cities... as a DLC. So yes, this still could feel like a DLC for many people.

Anyway, this looks much more interesting than what we saw in the third trailer, hype is over 9000.

Solstheim didn't have as much variety as what is being shown here.

Nintendo messed up by not making a Switch version that looks identical to the in-game Sheikah Slate.

This is the rabbit-looking character from the heiroglyphics.

is the sky the sacred realm emerging into Hyrule?

def seems like there is an underwater zonai building/
dungeon with a clear roof

The north end of the map is definitely bigger. The old map used to be a lot flatter and more of a straight line. There’s some clear tendrils like pieces of land extending north and it looks like the entire area where the northern maze was located is now accessible by land.

I’m not sure about the east part. It looks the same. I think we can finally climb on top of that weird plateau in the snow area by Gerudo dessert now.

Several images of interest

in the first picture we might see one of the divine beasts.

The second image depicts some sort of message in a bottle? wonder what that might be... messages mechanic to exchange with other players?

Third image... that's a dragon tail!

Fourth... Ganondorf lives!

Fifth... there will be production and transport

Sixth... might certain weapons work better depending on the time of the day? Maybe to replace breakable weapons?

Seventh... Link's transformation explained

wait… what is Link’s Awakening Link doing in there?!

Noticing all the enemies with horns or something on their head...with images of weapons beneath.
Looks like there is some easier to do crafting mechanic. Still bringing back old the breakable weapon mechanic, but this time they go on top of the broken Master Sword, and this time you can fill up your bags easier with the horns (weapon part) you want by looking for those particular enemies. e.g. want a particular hammer, look for mobs that have those horns

Dumping some thoughts and observations here.

Some of the page numbers may be off by one.
  • Seeing the kids from BotW, like Kass' daughter, grow up brings a tear to my eye. πŸ₯²
    • On that note regarding the passage of time, we can see that some efforts have been made to rebuild Castle Town and some of its surrounding areas, and there's an NPC with a makeshift Hylian Knight outfit.
  • I thought page 16 depicts a Lizalfos shield with a very aquatic look, but it's a scale. I see the similarity to the dragon scales from BotW, but it's something else.
  • On dungeons:
    • The camel from the geoglyph page (158) is seen over the walls behind the altar on page 22.
    • 57 looks to be underwater; 96 might show another shot of it. I imagine that'll be breathtaking.
    • Temple/interior on 70 is connected to Death Mountain: note the magma/malice glob in the top right corner and the dark material used for the bridge.
    • The furnace (says Google) on 102 has multiple variants. Google tells me this is the "spore ant" version lol cordyceps here we come
  • Those hearts on 40 are a Stone/etc Talus drop. Gnarly. 74 also shows Link equipping a spine. Yeesh.
  • What the fuck is on 44? Gigantamax Toxtricity? lol
  • The monster ship looks huge. Just imagine running across the coast of Lurelin and then seeing that in the distance! Would've been cool to see that fresh...
  • Lots of creepy underground fauna. Nausicaa vibes. They're really going for it.
  • 124: Zelda gachapon
  • It's interesting that page 147 shows one of those magmata tears from the mural at an altar that resembles the Sheikah observatories and star maps from BotW. It's similarly interesting that the Zonai armor's shield (25) closely resembles the Sheikah shields obtained from Guardian Scouts. Looking forward to seeing how the two groups overlap.
    • Page 148 shows that you bring the Macguffins to one of the towers in the sky.
  • I feel that the multi-eyed creature on the door on pg. 154 resembles the Lord of the Mountain, just like the frog. The key next to the frog is indeed labeled Small Key, btw. I'm gonna guess there's a strong connection between these spectral, Spirit of Light-like creatures and Rauru (I cannot believe that's Rauru).
  • Looks like the Royal Guard DLC outfit on 155.

I'm guessing Rauru saves Link after he gets attacked underground and fits him with the new arm. Rauru's arms look similar to Link's right arm, both in coloration and with the wrapping

The image on page 192 of Purah giving Link a hair tie makes me think he spends a while in the sky islands as like a tutorial thing before heading back down to Hyrule

Page 190 has Link wearing the Champion's Tunic with the weirded out right hand, so it looks like you can get that costume back. The Link wearing the tunic on pages 49-50 has normal hands, so that's probably for the intro

Lotta mushroom people here, wonder what their deal is

But it's still true what I said.
Being worried about this feeling like DLC pre-release is one thing. Based on what I have seen, if someone still considers this a DLC expansion while playing the game then I don't really know what to say. That would be one expensive DLC.

I caved and looked, seems to look really good. I was never a hater but I wasn’t excited or anything for the game

Only reason I had a look is knowing my brain I’m gonna forget all these images lol
