I was a big fan of Rogue One's interpretation of the Star Wars universe, so I'm happy to see it extended into a tv show.

How is everyone enjoying it? I have it on during work and so far, ten minutes in, it's pretty intriguing.

Reviewers are saying good things about this show, I'm waiting for the weekend to check it out.

Watched the first 3 eps tonight and thought it was great - you can tell it was filmed on real sets/locations and not the volume - good stuff, certainly has that same feeling of Rogue One. Looking forward to the rest.

Wait, really?? I figured all Lucasfilm projects would go to the volume after how well it was utilized on Mando.

That's rad as hell, I can't wait to see it! Except I will, because I already have She-Hulk, Cobra Kaive, and Rings of Power going and I don't really like to overlap too many series.

Diego Luna talks about the real sets here

The Empire facility sets are the best they've ever looked. I don't know what it is, it the color palette is nice.

I really liked the first episodes. Of course you wanted to know more about it. But yeah, Rogue One may be a movie that started slow, but second half is one of the best Star Wars you will see. Looking forward to the rest.

Damn tonight's episode was excellent, but I could see some disliking it and calling it slow.

But I was enthralled by all the character building that was happening. There was a lot.

I'm really looking forward to what's next for our young Imperial dude who just got fired. What the hell is he going to do now that he's pretty much been disgraced and is living with his mom?

The new Imperial character - didn't catch her name - is very intriguing as well. I love the dynamics between higher-ups in the Empire, and her interest in retrieving the Starlink tied well to the first three episodes. Interested to see where that's going, too.

Luther is a fascinating character. We got to see so many sides of him in this episode, and it's really cool to see his connection to Mon Mothma, and the lengths they'll go to enact rebellion in secrecy.

Speaking of Mon Mothma, I feel like we got more characterization of her in this one episode than we have across the entire rest of the film and television canon. Also - she's married to a fuckhead
